I Think It's Hypocritical For Dean Baker To Criticize Hypocrisy

For unknown reasons, Dean Baker thinks the shameless hypocrisy of America's elites about "free" trade is a bad thing.

I'm ashamed of my hypocricy with respect to free trade. But I'm not a member of an elite, so it's ok. Hey, now I don't even feel ashamed!

Is there a Dean Baker link in this post? It's kinda short, so if there's one there I should be able to find it, but I've learned never to underestimate my cluelessness.

Yes, there is a link and I'm happy to demonstrate that cluelessness thing I alluded to. In this case maybe it's poor eyesight--I can only barely see the color change where the link is.

There is no excuse for cluelessness or bad eyesight in the global marketplace. Prepare to be outsourced. Your replacement will be a more competent and optically sound commenter from (insert appropriate Asian continent here) who will do this job for 1/4 your salary!

I believe that's called a "neosalary."

In my lifetime I have dealt with lawyers who are also cpas and vice-versa, and with lawyers who are physicians and vice versa. To a man and woman, these hybrid creatures are truly to be feared. They should be outsourced or exiled permanently, and it should be against the public interest to allow them reproductive rights.
