Or even better, tell him to start advertising "Our Kampf" and to get a better sense of humor.

I strongly believe, two people far away or close by and in a short or longer space of time can have exactly the same thought or idea. It is not necessary that one stole it from the other.

Addendum: My comment above is strictly a general statement and NOT related to two websites with similar names.

ps Of course, on THIS website, ideas have floated from one to another by mind waves or even stolen from someone in this century by someone hundred years ago so anything is possible.

I think he does not understand the Orwell quote. He puts it at the top, but his site seems to have no attempted jokes anywhere. It's like he has always had a tiny disagreement with orthodoxy, and than ran into a quote from someone famous that he thinks says that his tiny disagreement means he is a comedian.

if you contact him, my advice is butter him up by saying what a funny guy he is.

Is that your real blog?

Well, if every joke is a tiny revolution, that's a pretty small war he's fighting over there.....

Do you think his actual name is Johnathan Schwartz?

Characteristic of Canadians, may I say, my apologies, Jonathan. I have posted a link on my site to yours and will make efforts to ensure that people are going to the correct site.

I love Orwell (in fact I just visited his home on Jura where he wrote 1984) and have always loved the quote. As for misunderstanding the meaning of the quote given the content of my site, but will take that as fair comment. Your site is WAY funnier, and I will encourage all my friends and readers to buy Our Kampf as I just did from

There is an example of global warming that distinguishes between apocalyptic prediction and history.
