Why is nobody still (publicly at least) listening to Roubini ?

the guy's been beating this drum since WAAAAAAAY back, probably since i first heard about him and yet...

Almost, I think a lot of people are listening to Roubini; it's just that our elected officials can't do so, because doing so would require a divergence from the happy talk that they substitute for governing.

Be patient; Roubini will get his due after the reset.

The Nation green bubble piece is headed in the right direction, though a little utopian (?).

For a more cynical/realistic take on how the green bubble might play out, I liked Eric Janszen's The Next Bubble in the Feb 2008 Harper's.
